At Woof Wear, your satisfaction and your dog's comfort matter to us. We carefully prepare every order, but we understand that issues can occasionally happen. Please read our policy below.
Our Approach to Refunds
All refund and return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund or replacement. Each situation is evaluated individually, and approval is at the sole discretion of Woof Wear.
When You May Be Eligible
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- Your order never arrived — If your tracking shows no delivery and a reasonable shipping window has passed, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
- Your item arrived defective or damaged — If your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, let us know right away with supporting photos.
What We Require
To review your request, you must:
- Contact us within [7] days of delivery (or expected delivery for non-arrival).
- Provide your order number.
- For defective or damaged items, include clear photos or video showing the issue.
Requests submitted without this information may not be processed.
What Is Not Covered
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer (please check our sizing guide before ordering)
- Normal wear and tear from use
- Minor variations in color due to screen/monitor differences
- Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or accidents
- Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer
How Refunds Are Issued
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping costs may be non-refundable.
Replacements
In many cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for defective or undelivered items. We'll work with you to find the best resolution.
